Will I really see results from one session?
Yes — after a single red-light session your skin will look fresher and more lifted, and most clients notice it the same day. To be straight with you though: one session won't hold forever. Red light therapy works from the inside out, healing the skin at the cellular level — kind of like the gym. One workout doesn't keep you fit, and the same is true here. The first visit is really just a chance to see how your own skin responds.
How often should I come back for best results?
Honestly, it depends — on the concern you're working on, the condition of your skin, and a few other variables. That's exactly why we include a free consultation with every visit: so we can look at your skin, listen to what you want, and give you a direction that actually fits you, not a one-size-fits-all plan.
What's the difference between your LED and an at-home mask I can buy on Amazon?
A lot of our clients used at-home masks for years before walking into our store — then saw real results within just a few weeks with us. Ours is medical-grade, much stronger than anything sold for home use, and applied by someone trained to read your skin.
Is it safe? Any side effects?
Medical-grade LED therapy is non-invasive and has an excellent safety profile. No needles, no heat, no chemicals. Some clients notice mild warmth or a slight pink flush right after — both pass within an hour.
Is there any downtime?
Zero downtime. Walk in, walk out, return to your day. Many clients book their session right before a wedding, date, or photo because skin looks visibly refreshed.

Can I do this if I have sensitive skin, rosacea, or melasma?
Medical-grade red LED is non-invasive and produces no heat, so it's generally well-tolerated by sensitive skin and rosacea — many clients with these concerns notice a calming, anti-redness effect over time. For melasma or any active skin condition, mention it when you arrive so we can tailor the session — sometimes we'll adjust the protocol or start with a shorter exposure to be safe.
What ages do you typically treat?
The treatment is especially powerful for women 50+, when collagen loss and visible aging accelerate. That said, many clients in their late 30s and 40s come in preventatively — slowing collagen loss before it shows. There's no perfect age, but the earlier you start, the more your skin holds on to.
What if I'm not happy with the result?
